Auditions

Auditions are a selection process in which performers, such as actors, musicians, dancers, or other artists, demonstrate their skills to a director, casting agent, or producer in order to be considered for a role in a film, television show, theater production, musical, or other performance. During an audition, candidates typically showcase their talents through readings, monologues, songs, or dance routines, depending on the requirements of the role. Auditions can be held in person or virtually and may involve callbacks for further evaluation. The goal of an audition is to identify the most suitable candidates for a specific performance opportunity based on their abilities and fit for the character or role.
